After discovering my allergy to Gluten four years ago, my diet was turned upside down!
From takeaway and microwave meals to green smoothies and steamed goodies, its been a very long transition. As the years have gone by, I’ve become more and more interested in what makes us tick. Why we eat what we eat, what foods are best for us to eat, why do we need to exercise, what are the best kinds of exercise… you get the jist.
I initially started this blog as a way to keep my family and friends up to date with my training and travelling for marathon running. Over time it’s evolved into more of a brain storm of my thoughts and ideas on health and fitness in general. There’s been so much news coverage (propaganda) about fitness and food over the last few years, I thought I would start to figure out my own opinions.
I’ll be trying out lots of different diets and programs that I’m interested in to bring you an unbiased view point in a world of mistrust and advertising!
